At Nordic Living, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging
- Include tags, labels, or accessories (if applicable)
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or custom-order reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Used, damaged, or altered items not caused by us
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was damaged on arrival
- The wrong item was sent
- The item is defective due to our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur

8. Exchanges
We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After that time, cancellations may not be possible.
